Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped within 1 business day upon receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays).
We always choose the most reliable and cost‑effective shipping method available for your destination. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and local customs / duties.
If you do not receive your item within the expected delivery window, please contact us so that we can assist with tracking and investigation. Transit time is provided by the postal / courier service and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, and customs inspections.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.
Return & Exchange Policy
We provide a 14‑day return policy for products purchased from this storefront. A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) is available when all of the following conditions are met:
- All accessories are unused and all accessory packages remain unopened.
- All items are intact and undamaged (except for manufacturing defects).
If you believe your item is defective or not working correctly, please contact our customer service first. Describe the issue in detail and, where possible, attach photos for verification. Our team will provide you with a specific return address and instructions.
Please do not return items to the shipping label address without contacting us. Returns sent to an unauthorized address cannot be processed, and the buyer will be responsible for any resulting issues.
We can only accept returns in the original packaging. Items with man‑made damage, modification, or missing parts cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
